Okay, lesson learned! I have been taking recipes from Atkins and rather than adding the recipe here I have been estimating ingredients per serving and adding this to my daily menu. Today I added the recipe and the numbers came out totally different so carb and all other numbers are off on the days I did this. Will add any recipe I use so I get correct numbers although when a recipe says serves 6 but does not give a serving sixe, I am still at a loss. I have been rather conservative on serving sizes as I did not want to over do portion sizes. I used 1/2 Cup as my portion size???? This part leaves me simply confused!
