i finally was able to weigh in today. no scale at our winter place. we are home for superbowl weekend (where my scale is). i lost 8 pounds! i figured between 5 and 10, by how my clothes fit, so i am happy about the loss and hope i will be able to hold to it (diet). today, i won't really try as we are watching the superbowl and i am getting ready to hit the grocery for snacks. i will keep it in the back of my mind to take it easy, but i don't plan on denying myself very much for this once a year event (just like i do on thanksgiving and christmas... it's a given).
