Started this journey after Christmas 2020, and before New Year set in. Initially just trying to get a handle on portion sizes abs and just being a little more active, rather than embodying the couch potato. Dropped just shy of a stone (in old money) in January 2021, so pretty happy. Want to drop another stone and a half (10kg ish). Been walking at least 3km a day (generally), as well as keeping kcal count around 2000 (but with more on Sunday's which includes chocolate). Moving, managing portion sizes, and drinking lots of water has me feeling better about myself than I have felt in some time.
