Got 10,000 steps in today. My left shoulder is jacked, so I'm not going to touch my dumbbells for at least two weeks. I'll do rehab work with the bands until then, and when I do resume weights, I'll go light to avoid aggravating my shoulders.
That means I'll be riding my bicycle or walking every day for cardio.
