今天胡亂吃 晚上運動前香蕉加小潘 好操 都練手 一手抓球一手撐地雙腳懸掛俯地挺身 雙腳懸掛肘撐藥球 單腳懸掛 另一腳捲腹同時俯地挺身 雙手 8公斤壺鈴單腳懸吊深蹲 每個動作都好操 手廢了 賽百味加無糖豆漿 等下筋膜槍😅😅😅
