Had a break yesterday: 3 shots of whiskey, some popcorn and beef jerky. I'm sure I ate more calories than I worked off, because I woke up heavier.
The wife made air fryer salmon this morning. I ate some when I felt hungry after noon.
Walked the dog for an hour today, tried to lift but my left shoulder is sore, so I biked 6 miles instead. So nice to bike in the sun, especially when the wind isn't too strong. I'll weigh in come morning.
