Pretty good day. I feel like i've been on my feet all day. Did my laundry my friend came over we had breakfast as lowfat as possible xcept for the starbucks..he he. Hubby came home a little early so we ate some chinese food. I tried to ate white noodles that had more beansprouts than noodles, and pepper steak. So I didn't eat all the rice, that went to my kiddos. Eating wasn't the best but I squeezed in some exercise I even took a walk after eating the chinese food to my moms house and then we went walking to the store. I did some more crunches and strenching watching tv a while ago. I feel good and i'm glad I found the time to keep active again. GO WILL POWER! Hope everyone had a good day*

You are doing so great and I know that you will have a very good weigh in! Keep it up! Oh yah, I did really good yesterday until I got home and had some pizza, but I feel great about the eating none the less! Have a great weekend!
