Well, I did really well, After WALKING my daugter to school, I squeezed in a 30 min workout and added an abs session to that. I turned off the TV Put on my music and got to super cleaning and dancing around while doing it. stuff like that. So I was pretty darn active today. Tomorrow should be the same cuz I do laundry. I didn't pig out for dinner I just had a little snack (2 small cookies) w a decaf coffee. its only 650 so I just might squeeze in 20 mins of the stair stepper after cleaning my kitchen. So ya this week has been good so far. Hubby just told me he's going to be on vacation next week so thats a total challange for me cuz he wants to go to all the buffets...haha ha aint that a B.....aye him. I'll just go to the healthy section, hope everyone is doing good.*
