Kettleball anyone????

OMGosh! Talk about a workout! I am still shaking 15 mins after being done. I am drenched in sweat and feeling good! At first you don't think it is doing anything but afterward you sure can feel it.

I am keeping to my not eating late and have started to not snack during the day, for the past few days. It wasn't that I said hey I won't snack or eat when I am hungry but more I am not hungry. Tonight after dinner I was a little hungry so I had a bag of cookies, 100 cal bags.

The toughest has been not eating at night. Man! I find myself looking at the clock and thinking that it is only x amount of hrs until I get to eat again. Then I say I EAT TO LIVE NOT LIVE TO EAT!! Saying that seems to put things back into perspective. Not eating at night is not going to kill me. I am thinking I should be getting more calories in during the day, but I don't know what food to eat that isn't loaded with carbs. Carbs and I don't mix due to the PCOS.

Anyways, I am going to go get a shower and get this sweat off of me and then watch fireproof.
