Walked a hell-ova-lot today, always walk to and from work also, walked to the bank on my lunch break and back.

Cleared up my kitchen last night to make it "Paleo friendly" one more step is actually getting a scale, haven't weighed myself since November, just holding my breath the numbers haven't gone higher (a girl can only hope)*sigh*
