Yesterday I tried and failed to change my WOE again. Now I am waiting for my morning coffee. Eating breakfast early and lunch at noon I was hungry all afternoon, so had some no sugar yogurt , still hungry, ate daughter's excess chips cheese, then some fried cheese. Just plain anxious and hungry all day due to a breakfast of low carb flaxseed bread and egg
and a lunch at noon of 4 oz. Wild caught dressing with romaine with MCT oil and ACV vinegar dressing. So today back to IF--coffee only until about 2 p.m. Soooooo tired of the focus on food. Feel so much better in every way when not eating all the time.
