Things are going good. Sticking to the resolve to enter everything into the journal. It is not too hard. I am finding it pretty easy this time since so much of it was already saved in there. Started saving in some new meals I enjoy as well to make sure I have variety.
The other resolutions are strong too. I have had a couple temptations to have more sweets, but sticking to the plan, anyhow.
Been exercising and playing Kinect as well. Getting primed for the big kick-off to my challenges. So far so good! 1 week and down 5 lbs! Hoorah! Back to where I was when I quit tracking 5 months ago. Now THAT is good news. It will get even better as I keep exercising I am sure. Soon I will be fit and strong and ready to take on the world! :P
