still sick after all this time, but slowly getting better.

i have not weighed in since i joined fat secret on january 7th because i don't have a scale at our winter place in florida. we are going back up to tennessee over superbowl weekend however, and it will be interesting to get on the scale. i can tell i have lost weight by the way my clothes fit, but i don't know how much.

thank you to the host of this website as i think it is really making a difference in my food choices. i am counting calories and it is a real education :o)
