Iya soalanya aku sedentary parah wkwk. BMR cuma 1100-1400an tergantung aplikasi kalkulatornya. Liburan kuliah kalo ga waktunya olahraga / bantuin ibu dirumah, ya gaakan gerak, pengen defkal jadinya cuma segitu. Hehe. Nnt kalo udah balik kuliah, aku atur ulang koo AKGnya :)

@Siti Nr tetep aja gaboleh dibawah BMR kak... BMR kakak 1.100 ya kk mkn 1.200-1.300 aja. Kasian organ dlm kk ntar rusak klo mkn dibwh bmr.
