Scale emergency....blank entry, so replaced battery. Still only a initial reading of "0" then blank again. Going to get another new battery and give it one more chance. Previously, scale would read "EEEEE" when batteries were getting low, but no such display this time. Might be time to shop for a new scale.
Stairmaster today since DH took the dogs walking this AM. Still needed support when HR went too high in certain parts of the program. Eventually, I WILL be able to complete this stupid program with my HR in the proper range the entire way.
