baru ngecek lagi TDEE calculator. sebaiknya buat defkal ambil 1700 atau 1500 kal ya? krn aku pun ga yakin klo aku light exrecise. olahraga cuma aerobic 3-5x seminggu apakah termasuk light atau masih sedentary aja ya? mohon saran nya 🙏
