stretching every day. 7 minute ab routine every other day. sprinting twice a week. fruits, vegetables and protein. very little bread. no soda, candy or fast food.
133.4 kg Lost so far: 11.8 kg.    Still to go: 24.5 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
