I was up a bit this morning after three good weigh-ins, but it's okay. I will stay around 1300 for my calories today and then have to face the weekend head-on. Have a luncheon to go to tomorrow that will have lots of questionable calorie content, I'm sure. I don't know what I am going to do. How do you account for those calories? I guess I change my mindset and eat only what I think I can figure out. I feel like I need to be this disciplined to hit my goals.
I always like to kind of hibernate in the winter, do my own thing, workout, and lose weight without all kinds of outside food pressures. But I will need real world experiences while I am doing this to train my brain in a new way. That is always why I gain weight in the summers. Everyone is always BBQ-ing and lots of food around. So wish me luck and I hope I am successful tomorrow.
