Rice- grated cauliflower Pasta- baby marrow ( Checkers has baby marrow noodles) Then just try random keto friendly veggies I recommend Mushrooms Onion Bell peppers Broccoli Get berries Nuts

Do not replace. Moderation is key. Replacing it with something else will just cause you to binge later. That happened to me😣
