You can make protein pancakes. mix one cup of protein with 1 banana,2 eggs, 1tsp of vanilla extract and bam! pancakes under 400 calories(8 medium ones)..drizzle with either honey or melted dark chocolate(1 tablespoon). hope u like it😊👍

any dark chocolate is okay😊....either get organic or choose one with a high cocoa percentage example 75% cocoa... personally i like the ones from woolies.
