Okay, so I've updated my bio with specific goal dates and changed my goal weight to 130 from 140. I have been 140 in my adult life for about 5 minutes, so I know I can get there, but the biggest challenge will be to go to 130. Well see. It is totally doable in 6 months, which is my timeline. It's not like I'm trying to do it in 2 months. I just need to stay focused. As my weight history shows, I am an notorious yo-yoer. I get down to 149 or 150, get content in my size 10s, then pig out, wash, rinse, repeat, etc....So, here goes!
