So I didn’t eat too many cashews yesterday .
Let’s monitor today .

Love this is sooo Devine
I seasoned mozzarella and Gouda with black pepper, banting Mayo , lotsa onion powder and Italian herbs ..and stuffed it into a buttered Pita!
omg so tasty !

66.1 kg Lost so far: 8 kg.    Still to go: 11.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.7 kg a Week
