I stepped on the scale today and seemed to put on a pound. i know that when you first start working out you will gain weight as you are building muscle but has anyone else experienced this with the BFL program? I had my free day today it was delicious to say the least and even hit the gym :)

If you are just starting, it's not muscle weight. It takes weeks to build up muscle. The gain is from water in the muscles (when you work out, your muscles get little tears and water replaces them to help heal). That soreness you feel after working out (especially with weights). It is temporary. Drink your water and keep going. On The BFL program, you may see fat loss (go down in sizes) more than you see the scale moving at first. The scale is only one way to measure success. How your clothes fit is another. You are doing great.
