The day after Christmas I’ve put on 2lbs but I’m fairly certain most of it is water weight. I chose to indulge for Christmas Eve and Christmas since the rest of the season is a bust since it’s 2020.
Most days I feel really good about myself, but then I see pictures and still feel fat. I’m trying to really enjoy the things about weight loss that do feel great. I can move sooooo much better at 145lbs then 185lbs. My energy is much better. I have been tobogganing with kids so many times already this year and I can walk the hills no problem.
Being a health weight has been good for my blood pressure too. It was about 110/70 prior (which is still normal) but now is down 90/60 and my resting heart rates between 60-70.
