Made a huge pot of my favorite soup today: Catherine's Spicy Chicken Soup. I can't wait to eat it tomorrow! This IS the number one secret to my weight loss. This yummy soup (with fat free sour cream) is approx 200 calories a cup, and will fill you up so fast. It's hard to eat 2 full cups for lunch.
