Well, today was day 2 of my loading days. I weighed myself this morning and I was a pound up. Ii'm not alarmed because I know it's because of the food I ate the night before (and the lack of a bowel movement lol). I'm sure my number will be around the same tomorrow morning because of the food I had today. Tomorrow starts the protocol! I'm excited, and can't wait to see the fat disspear! I don't think I'll be missing the junk foods too much because they're not going anywhere lol. This is for my health and self confidence, so I'll find the strength to ignore all the naughty foods.
