sama kak ky aku minggu kmrn lgsg naik sekiloan. udh beres haid bb belum balik lg ke awal sblm haid. padahal makan masi defisit dan ttp wo wkwkk semangat kak, semoga tar beres haid balik lg ke bb awal sblm haid 💪
