My numbers are finally on the move!! I've been stuck in the same 5 lb. weight bracket for WAY too long. Not going out to eat has helped a lot. If I'm going to pay for a meal in a relaxing atmosphere, the last thing I want to think about is staying low-fat, low-carb, etc. Now going out to eat is going to be my reward after I'm 10 lbs. down. By that time I'll probably be so pumped about my progress that I won't want to eat bad anyway. It's funny how your body stops wanting thing that, at one time, you thought you couldn't live without. I'm feeling good!! :-)
