1.8 ketones. Broke fast last night with green beans in broth. 1st weigh-in 226.9, second 229.1. I need a new scale. I don't know which weight is right. Either I am up a pound or around 4#. Best Buy has a scale that measures body comp too. They are around $70 plus tax.
