Terrible mental day. Got to kick boxing and realised that I didn't have my shirt to go over my tight gym shirt. Didn't even make it out the car. I kept looking down and seeing my stomach. Its ridiculous really. The point of kb is to help me tone but I just couldn't do it. I'm so tempted to go and raid the fridge but that defeats the object. So deflated today
