Well, things didn't workout very well for me to go to the rec center like I was planning on doing. I'm getting over a head/chest cold and a pulled muscle in my shoulder. On the bright side though, I have been doing a low impact kickboxing workout and a low impact HIIT workout so I am getting my cardio in. I've also been doing upper and lower body strength exercises, and I've been doing a lot better at not buying candy this week. Every time I'm at the store and I start thinking about buying candy, I lightly slap myself on my hand and tell myself no. (Now to just get through Christmas, lol)
