Will not be journaling food today. Lunch today was at a Chinese buffet because that was what DH wanted to do. Tried to stay on plan, but there was so much sauce on pretty much everything, even on the OK veggies, that I'm sure it will spike my blood sugar. Selected baby bok choy, lots of broccoli, and various chicken samples, but I know there was added sugar, carbs, and salt in everything. And then there's the anticipated pizza tonight.
Did NOT make my 180 this AM...."Close, but no banana," as the saying goes. So my next hope is that once today is done, I can drop the weight and hit 180 by next Friday, the 31st. Not looking real good, but there's still hope.
