So I still don't have a scale to weigh myself. I use my moms. So I haven't weighed in yet. I will, I will....I'm assuming from the lump hanging over my jeans i'm about 135 or so. When I was at 145 I was wearing bigger jeans so right now my old jeans are still too loose and my old ones are just a tad bit tight. So thats my weight estimate....i'm gonna try to make it to the scale later when my hubby gets home. Anyway, i've been eating good so far. I did at a bit of phase 2 yesterday w/ wheat crackers and about a handful of hamburger meat, but I did squeeze in exercise. So far today I ate phase 1 stuff, but no exercise yet. Hope all of u girls are doing just as good.*
