Hello FS friends. Those familiar with ketosis. Why sometimes hunger in the morning though ketones 1.7? I am having black coffee and water trying to limit eating until later today (only 9:12 and just got up). Especially since my scale was up .7# today. Is it better to have fruit(berries) in the morning or wait a bit longer?

If you want to stay in ketosis, I would limit fruit. Berries are a better choice than other fruits though.
If you do eat berries, make sure you eat them with protein & fat, and watch your macros 😉
