First day back on the Rice Diet. I tried South Beach, and You on a Diet, and could not budge any weight. I have continued to exercise regularly; conditioning and moderate weight training plus walking videos. Have been eating healthy all along for several years, and my body is just so resistant to losing that I really need to get more drastic. Last time on Rice Diet, I lost 30 lbs and have kept it off. So I'm finally ready to go back to RD and stick to it until I reach my goal. Fortunately, Jeff is willing to go on it with me, but factoring in some extra protein in his lunches.
I'm psyched! This is my year!! Woo hoo!!!
