So I have noticed I am becoming more aware of eating. Instead of taking 2 of something right off the bat I take one. Also I am trying very hard to eat more slowly. It seems like when I am suppose to drink lots of water I do not, but when I am not caring I drink a ton. I am trying to drink more and more water. I am also taking smaller portions on everything I eat. That is really cool. I am seeing a steady declining in weight thus far and hope it keeps up. I also LOVE to exercise. I am always on my gazelle or treadmill. I can't wait til the dr clears me to begin my crunches again. I do however still have a lot of bloating from the surgery and am so not happy about that. All in all I am very proud of myself. This is MY year!!
