I know that it is hard to start losing weight over the holidays, but I am restarting my journey today. The reason is that I have been experiencing some back problems. At first I thought, I am over 40, it's just an age thing. Then last night my back hurt so bad that I could not sit down. I knew that I had to do something to get this weight under control. I'm here again and this time to stay!
