I think the no wine on induction is harder for me than than no bread/pasta!

I agree Beth! Wine is the hardest for me - I use to drink 2-3 glasses a day but since I started Atkins I limit myself to one glass a week or every two weeks. But I have started drinking more gin & diet tonic!

Well here I sit, one 4 oz glass of red merlot! Truly it really is harder giving up than bread, I agree, and I don't drink much. I just enjoy a glass and I'm good...if only I ate the way I drink wine (one potato chip, haha)...I would be skinny!
