Pagi aku cuma makan telur 2 butir sama susu skim 1 gelas, siangnya baru makan nasi 100gr lauknya ikan/ayam sama sayur banyakin, malemnya cuma makan buah pepaya aja, sama jgn lupa minum air putihnya 2liter perhari.
