Well dunno what happened two weeks ago I lost 4 pounds in a week this week gained ? but the week i lost weight was my tom week???"!?"!?£?!?£!?"?
totally gutted
had some christmas cake a few nights for a few nights before bed :(
not put my weight in the box as too ashamed 133.8
