ate two cheat meals this week even after i was exercising normally and also skipped a meal but didn't loose weight and also didn't gain tho. This week back on track hoping for the best🤞
58 kg Lost so far: 1 kg.    Still to go: 4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

bachy drink lots of water and make it a habit.you r too young to think of diet etc just reduce a bit intake of ur daily kcal.DONT GO ON DIETING ETC.You just need to control ur hand from over eating sweets.

@amna zahid At your age your metabolism is fast. You can manage your weight only by controlling food intake. Avoid sugary foods and high sodium (salty) foods. Eat more vegetables. Dedicate 30 - 60 minutes to walking.

Thats not right. I started loosing weight when i was 15. I just turned 16 but age dosent matter when you are loosing weight. I think you should do dieting as i have done myself and seen the results

emaan age matters. because when a person crosses 30, he/she start loosing muscles. its natural. and more the muscle more calories one can burn. that is why strength training along with good protien intake is recommended. a person also looses muscle if he/she does workout but don't eat enough protein. also on crash diets.

one thing more. don't rely on weight. just measure yourself in inches. because muscles weigh more than fat.
