I vented big time to the hubby last night, about how frustrated i am with all things related to weight loss...
And his response wasnt exactly what i was looking for, but perhaps what i needed to hear.. he said "well you only get out of it what you put into it, so start putting more into it. Thats all you can do" I was really looking for more of a pity party... didnt get it from him tho.
So starting today i am 'putting more into it'. That should be easy today becuase its my off day from the gym LOL
Weight was down to 139.8 this morning. Only one more pound to go before i 'break even', hopefully i make it there by Friday so i can enter a loss! We shall see!
