I've Been On a Fruit and Vegetable Fast Since Friday...Until Today I Slipped Only Because I Work at a Fast Food Resturant And This New Chicken Sandwhich came in and i just had to taste it..then i taste the new wings..Then i had a cookie dough shake and some fries and i Just hate to add the soft drink in this. I Feel As If I've Failed But I Told Myself That This Is a Cheat Day For me and I Will gain Control Over My Body Tomorrow.

Nicoandy is right....you just jump back on the wagon today and you will be just fine. Everyone has to have a cheat day if they need it! Hang in there, you will do just fine!

i know its hard. i cheated a bit too. i would have 1 french fry or an m&m and i would feel so guilty that i would work out double!! just hang in there and as long as you exercise youll do fine. good luck

that would be rough being surrounded by all that food..overall, it seems as tho your doing so well, don't be hard on yourself..tomorrow is a new day!
