Hi family. I’ve had a not so good evening and even worse day with my meals. Was a bit hungry last night at bedtime so I had a sandwich and cup of tea and a crisp. This morning, I woke up feeling a bit bad and skipped breakfast only to eat everything in site by dinner time because I was so hungry. Now my stomach is hurting and I just feel like crap. How does anyone deal with days like that ? I just feel like it’s a vicious cycle 😞🥺😭
