Had a huge pig-out in the last couple days. Too many parties. Must have eaten at least 8000 calories in two days. Yesterday I didn't even bother to keep track. Oh, well, two days is not much in the long run, and it's worth it to hang out with good friends.
One of the parties I went to was catered with all vegan raw munchies. There were these canapes with "pine nut cheese" on them. I had never heard of such a thing, but they were really good.
Today, I'm going to fast on nothing but water and fiber. Maybe that will help make up for some of it.
