Hahh iya bener itu, tp sy ikutin ajja kl emg lg pingin cheating ya cheating aja beberapa hari. Selanjut back on the track deh,. Sy jg cheating 3 minggu lwt TDEE makannya . Skrg on track dab malah jadi cepat turunnya loh

emg jd bisa beradaptasi tubuhnya aku jg makin sini alhamdulillah sering cheat day bb nya udh rada stuck di 58 klo dulu setiap cheating pasti naik ke 59/60 rencana mau 53 nanti sampe akhir tahun semoga bisa kita semua aamiin
