untuk resepnya saya contek dr yg udah pernh share di fs.jd mohon izin buat yg punya resep.
bahan : 1 btr telur,3 sachet diabetasol (saya pake 2 sachet krn pisang sudah manis),60 gr pisang ( saya 40 gr),2 sachet nutrijel coklat
cara : haluskan pisang.kocok telur dan gula sampai kaku.masukkan pisang sedikit sedikit sambil di kocok.masukkan nutrijel sedikit sedikit.tuang dalam cetakan atau cup,saya cetakan di di oles minyak kelapa sedikit.setelah itu di panggang 30 mnt sepertinya di kukus jg bisa.
