Ate too much at breakfast inadvertently (and have for a while). I have been measuring my muesli cereal at two ounces (dry measure). That equates in typical dry measure to a quarter cup. However, in WEIGHT measure, the two ounces equals 57 grams, which is nearly double the serving size noted on the package (which cites a quarter cup and only 32 grams). Just measured out 32 grams of the cereal and indeed it came to about a quarter cup in my measuring cup. So I've been eating about 200-250 additional calories each day I've had that cereal (which is an excellent product, but obviously higher cal than I thought). Too late to redo all the earlier months, but I'm going to adjust my November calendar to use the gram-based measuring. Looks like I'll have to dip lower on fast days to make up for it.
