Day 2 on my re dieting epic adventure Im doing good! I ve set myself a goal to get these few pounds down by christmas ans so far so good she says day 2! but I feel my stomach is smaller than usual (well it was till I ate my tea but Im not going to starve myself Im just not going to gorge on weight watcher puddings ONE A DAY is enough for anyone I think skinny bitches wouldn't dram of even one never mind four one after another!
well done me !
and managed to stay off the scales (they make me gorge too!)
I'm going to have a three/ four day cambridge soup/porridge thing to make my stomach shrink a bit!
