Dijelubis : daring kok kak, kemarin aku mau ngurusin bahan sekolah untuk pas foto dll soalnya aku udh kls 12. Aku ttp pake masker kok cm pas foto aja lepas sekali😊

@all : aku pendek guys cuma 157-158 cm. Tipsnya cuma defisit aja plus olahraga. Aku makan around 1600 dan ini lg di 1350 krn lagi males olahraga dan banyak tugas.Biasanya aku hiit tp kalau lg males pilates/yoga aja yg penting gerak. Work hard and be proud later. Semangatt☺️
